President
Joseph Kopec works with Fortune 1000, start-up companies, and not-for-profit organizations by using best practices communications techniques learned from years of award-winning work. He was a managing director with Hill and Knowlton where he was responsible for financial communications and management of corporate businesses in Chicago and St. Louis. He was worldwide practice director of communications audits and research at Hill and Knowlton. He has worked for many of the world's largest global communications and consulting firms including Edelman, Hay and the Dilenschneider Group.
Kopec’s area of expertise is crisis communications for public companies in their dealings with Wall Street and the financial news media. He has advised publicly traded companies on some of the most complex and largest issues in recent years. He has worked with a number of Fortune 500 companies in the news on corporate governance and SEC-related issues.
Mr. Kopec is an accredited member of the Public Relations Society of America. He has served the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) as chairman of the board and president of Chicago. He contributed chapters on measurement and investor relations to the 2010 AMA Handbook of Public Relations.
